After following the instructions on the perming lotion, blot excess water from the hair, taking care not to disturb rods. Apply Neutraliser from applicator bottle or by sponge to each rod several times to ensure saturation. Allow neutralising time of 5 minutes. Remove rods and re-apply neutraliser for 5 minutes. Rinse and style as usual.
