Adds a nice texture to the hair with a medium level 2 hold, giving you a nice natural design through the day. It can be used alone in damp hair for very natural looking style, but it is ideal when used simply as a finishing touch on hair that's been blow dried, or for fine hair wen applied to damp hair before blow drying.
Directions: Place a desired amount of Matte Putty onto the palm of your hands and rub it in a circular motion to warm it up. Apply evenly throughout hair into the desired style.
