Reducer can be mixed with water or developer to provide controlled lift of unwanted direct dye pigments while maintaining the condition of the hair.
Directions: Mix one packet of Pop XG Reducer with 90ml of 10 or 20 volume Paul Mitchell Cream Developer. Mix until creamy. For more gentle removal, mix with 90ml water instead of developer. Apply liberally to hair treated with Pop XG or INKWORKS colour and process at room temperature for 5-45 minutes. Check every 5 minutes for desired lift and/or removal. Rinse well and then shampoo thoroughly with Color Protect Post Color Shampoo.
