The oil-base in the developer also offers optimal mixing and application due to its creamy consistency.
The 20-Volume Oil Developer is to be used on-scalp, length and ends. Blond Studio 9 Oil Developer is to be mixed exclusively with Blond Studio 9 Lightening Powder.
