Ammonia-free cream lightener for precise and seamless freehand application techniques. Lifts up to 7 levels and enforces bonds within the hair fiber.
Mixing ratio: 1:2 with BLONDME Premium Developer 2% / 7 Vol or 6% / 20 Vol, until a smooth cream is achieved.
Directions: Apply immediately after mixing to dry hair, do not shampoo before use.
