Refund policy

Sales Taxes

We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for orders to be delivered to addresses within Australia. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state or country.

REFUNDS, EXCHANGES AND RETURNS CANNOT BE OFFERED FOR CHANGE OF MIND.

Refunds

A credit/refund will only be given if a product is deemed to be faulty and the correct proof of purchase is supplied. This excludes scissors, electrical appliances, hair extensions, nail polish and discounted or deleted item. In some cases products may be sent back to the supplier for evaluation and they will deem if the product is faulty. Final decision on if a product is to be replaced will be at their discretion.

Exchanges

We will only accept exchanges on products that have been purchased at Salon Hair Care within 7 days. The product must be accompanied by the relevant proof of purchase. There is to be no exchange on scissors, electrical appliances, discounted or deleted items, skin care, makeup, brushes, combs, hair extensions, nail polish and waxing products.

Electrical Appliances

Please choose your electrical items carefully as there is no exchange. If the item is faulty, then it will be repaired under a valid warranty which must be accompanied with a proof of purchase receipt.

Scissor Returns

Please choose carefully as we do not refund or exchange scissors. If a genuine fault is found, scissors are sent back to the manufacturer and decision on repair or refund will be at their discretion.

Faulty Products

If a product is faulty (ie not doing what it is supposed to do or is significantly different from its description), then you may be eligible for a credit or exchange.

Damaged Goods

We make every effort to ensure our products arrive in good condition; however if you receive a damaged item, please contact us on 8268 8855 for customer service.

Incorrect Goods Supplied 

We make every effort to supply you with the products you have ordered; however if you receive incorrect goods then you are required to call us on 8268 8855 for customer service within 48 hours of receiving those goods.
