Salon Hair Care is trade only. This means you must be a qualified hairdresser or beautician to shop with us. If you sign up for an account online with Salon Hair Care you will be asked to supply a copy of your hairdressing/beauty certificate BEFORE your account is approved. If you already have an account/VIP card with Salon Hair Care you will not have to supply your certificate as you have already pre-qualified as trade.

To ‘Register’ simply click the person icon at the top of your screen, then click on create account underneath the sign in button.

Log into your account and click on ‘view addresses’ at the bottom of your screen. Select ‘add address’, ‘edit’ or ‘Delete’.

Yes, however at this point in time we only offer in store collection from our Cross Road store.
If you would like to pick up an order from one of our other locations, please contact your local cash & carry to place your order. Contact information can be found at the bottom of your screen.

At this point in time we do not deliver overseas.

Changes or cancellations to your order for delivery can be made by contacting Salon Hair Care Head Office on (08) 8268 8855. We aim to dispatch your items as quickly as possible and if your order has already been dispatched, we will not be able to make any changes.

Orders placed during business hours (Salon Hair Care Warehouse hours are 8.30am - 4.30pm Monday - Friday ACST) are typically processed and shipped within 24 - 48 business hours. Orders placed outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day.
