Ali joined the team at Vani-T in October 2012. She owned and operated her own Spray Tanning business for many years in Adelaide prior.  Geared with a keen eye in tanning, a passion for Mineral Make up and a wealth of industry knowledge, the transition to her current role was “both exciting and also extremely rewarding, given the diversity of people I work with each day and the amazing products Vani-T have on offer. I truly am so lucky to be doing what I love, day in, day out!"

Chris has been in the industry for over 30 years. She owned her own salon for 8 years and then transitioned into education and lecturing. Chris has been a technical educator for various brands over the past 17 years.

During that time she wrote a national training program designed specifically for apprentices, attended numerous trade expos and International Industry conferences where she won a National Technician of the Year award.


Doreen has studied in London with the Vidal Sassoon Training Academy and has been a lecturer in hairdressing academies in Brisbane. She is an award winning stylist at local and national levels and has had the priviledge to judge at National level.

In her latest role as Australian National Educator for Alter Ego Italy, Doreen has had the privilege to travel to Italy to attend intensive training workshops and conferences.


Michelle has been a Beauty Therapist for 16 years. Opening her own salon, Reflections of beauty in 2000 and running it successfully for 15 years until its sale in January 2015. In 2007 whilst running her salon Michelle gained a Cert IV in Training and Assessment, and two years later began lecturing at TAFE.

In 2010 Michelle joined the team at Salon Hair Care, writing and facilitating training courses in Waxing, Lash and Brow Tinting, Hot Stone Massage and Acrylic Nails.


Monique has been a nail technician for 12 years. She immediately fell in love with the ability to create styles to suit each clients needs. As well as operating her own nail business, Monique regularly attends Nail Harmony and Gelish brand education to ensure she is always up to date with the latest techniques and products.

The most important saying during Monique’s classes is “the stupidest question is, the question that you didn’t ask”.



Rachael’s vast experience spanning over 26 years in both the hair and beauty industries includes a strong focus on education and the highest standard of competency.

Her knowledge and skills in Beauty therapy has attributed to several roles, including Tafe Lecturer Cert III in Beauty services, Sales and Technical Educator roles with leading beauty brands, Owner and Principal Lecturer at Adelaide Beauty Academy, Day Spa / Beauty Salon Management / staff educator. Her passion for quality education and excellence within the Beauty industry are key components to her course content and facilitating.
