Education Terms and Conditions

It is the participants responsibility to clearly state all dietary requirements at the time of booking. 

PAYMENT & ENROLMENT

  1. Fees are due to be paid in full upon enrolment.
  2. Account holders can charge education to their account but the invoice must be paid in full before the course commencement.
  3. All special events are pre-pay only.
  4. Preference for places in the course will be given in order of enrolment.
  5. It is the participant’s responsibility to organise models if required.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

  1. Course cancellations must be made by phone on 8268 8855 or email rebekah.taylor@salonhaircare.com.au
  2. NO REFUNDS are available unless Salon Hair Care is notified of the student cancellation no less that fourteen (14) days prior to the course commencement.
  3. A cancellation fee of 50% of the course cost will be charged for cancellations made less than fourteen (14) days prior to the course commencement.
  4. No refund will be given for absenteeism.

COURSE CHANGES

Courses which do not achieve enrolment targets may be cancelled in which case fees will be fully refunded or transferred to another course.
